Management TeamOur business is about relationships, and we have a strong management team in place that understands this. They are committed to furthering the development of our financial representatives through training and guidance, so the representatives can establish enduring and solid relationships with their clients.  Joe Dierks, CLU®, CLTCManaging Director Joe Dierks is Managing Director in the District Network Office in Lincoln, Nebraska. The Lincoln DNO houses 18 full-time Financial Representatives and 17 Financial Representative Interns. The DNO also has two detached Financial Representatives in southeast Nebraska.
Joe attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and joined Northwestern Mutual in 2001 as a college agent. He became a full-time Financial Representative upon graduation that same year. Joe earned the Bronze Award in 2002, Silver Award in 2003 and Gold Award in 2004. He became a College Unit Director in 2004, a Field Director in 2007 and a Managing Director in 2010. During that time, Joe has qualified for the Million Dollar Round Table in 2008, 2009 and 2010. He has also earned the National Quality Award in 2004-2006 and 2009-2010 and the National Sales Achievement Award in 2009 and 2010.
Joe and his wife, Rachel, live in Lincoln, Nebraska, and have three children.
 Steven W Ryan, CLU®, ChFC®, CASL®, CLTCManaging Director Steve W. Ryan is the Managing Director in the District Network Office in Grand Island and Kearney office, which houses 5 full-time Financial Representatives and 7 Financial Representative Interns. Steve joined Northwestern Mutual Financial Network in 1984 and became the Managing Director of the Tri-City Group in the Fall of 2007. He has been a member of the Million Dollar Round Table, received the National Quality Award and National Sales Achievement Award.  Brian M VranaManaging Director |
